A Look Inside TrackMaven Tower
At TrackMaven, we believe our team should be full of Mavens: people who are absurdly talented and passionate, but also a little bit goofy. As a high-growth startup, maintaining the mavenly values of our team and company culture is something we prioritized when we outgrew our previous office space earlier this spring.
As the number of employees in our Washington D.C.-based headquarters tripled to 40 full-time employees over the course of this year, we settled into a larger office near Dupont Circle, full of open meeting areas and plenty of corgi-inspired details. And with the announcement of our Series B financing, our team of Mavens is only going to grow!
As our team continues to expand, it’s an ongoing priority for our office space to continue to foster communication and reflect our commitment to making marketers’ lives better. Here’s your sneak peak inside TrackMaven Tower!
Ruff morning? The TrackMaven coffee bar has the cure. Morning and afternoon, this is where we collaborate over a cup of coffee — or tea, for our British Mavens!
The open lunch room is a go-to spot for informal meetings, our daily catered lunches, and Lunch & Learns featuring our very own Mavens and industry experts.
Our monthly Lunch & Learns cover everything from how we use Elastic Search to little-known facts about our fellow Mavens.
Every six months, we get together for an all-day company offsite to share what we’ve learned and swap ideas for helping one another put our best paw forward.
There was plenty to be thankful for at this year’s TracksGiving!
Our design team prefers standing to sitting — especially when they’re hard at work on the next feature release or content report.
There are plenty of comfortable, corgi-filled spots throughout the office, perfect for informal meetings, quiet focus, or snuggle-breaks with our mascot, Maven the Corgi.
Here’s our pawesome team of Competitive Intelligence Mavens, ready to show you why TrackMaven is a marketer’s best friend!
There’s always a corgi watching over your shoulder in TrackMaven Tower. Need to book a conference room? Make sure you slide the door sign from “Availabone” to “Occupawed.”
Casual corgi attire is encouraged.
FACT: Sitting on a corgi beanbag increases concentration.
