Sarah finds the most important aspect of being a Customer Success Maven to be making sure all customers are utilizing TrackMaven in all the best ways in order to make sure their goals are met. She only sees solutions and loves helping customers exceed their goals while supporting them from both a customer success and marketing perspective.
