10 Slideshares That Must Be Viewed By Every Marketer
If there was a slightly underrated social media tool that every marketer should use it would be Slideshare. It’s not exactly top of mind for me; however, I’ve been making a better effort to make sure I’m checking it daily past my typical site visits.
Slideshare, as many marketers have pointed out, is a hugely valuable tool. It shares content visually, in an easily digestible format and it a way that increases engagement. With the spring months here, and whenever the spring time weather decides to show up, there is a huge influx of conference and summits on the calendar. As much as I would like to attend all of them, it’s not possible even if I decided to cut sleep out of my life. Slideshare, if the organizers or speakers decide to do so, provides a way for the un-attendee or attendee to reference the slides after the talk. The other added benefits besides long-term permanence of Slideshare, is also the ease of sharing the slides, the different type of visual appeal in your content and another way for you to interact with users beyond Twitter/Facebook/Pinterest/LinkedIn etc.
Even though it’s easy to enjoy and see the benefits of SlideShare, I’ve also noticed…
HOLY COW SO MANY SLIDESHOWS….
Where do I even start…
After consuming a multitude of the different SlideShares, I narrowed down a countdown of the top 10 that every marketer should reference.

2. Why Our Content Marketing Sucks.
These past few weeks I’ve paid a lot of attention to Jonathon Colman. He’s great to follow on Twitter, shares awesome articles on Inbound.org and has this fantastic Slideshare. “Why Our Content Marketing Sucks” opens up as to why we have all of these pieces of content marketing, but they all suck because they are all just separate pieces. It’s this massive puzzle that with a jumble of parts that may or may not fit together.
