2015 has been a big year for us here at TrackMaven! We launched our redesigned website, moved into a brand new headquarters in our hometown of Washington, D.C., and welcomed some heavy-hitters in the SaaS world to our Board of Advisors.
But while we continue to grow, we’re keeping our core values and company culture front and center. That’s why we’re thrilled to be named a Top Workplace in the Greater Washington Area by The Washington Post!
This recognition ranks the best companies to work for in the greater Washington, D.C. region based completely on employee feedback. We couldn’t be prouder that our team of 75 Mavens (and counting!) voted us among the ranks of these 150 top organizations in the area.
As The Washington Post Editor Dan Beyers noted at the awards ceremony, creating a unique company culture is about so much more than pay and trendy perks. It’s about having a “we culture, not a me culture.”
We believe our team of Mavens is our greatest asset, and the biggest reason for our success to date. Here’s what a few of our Mavens shared about their experiences on Team TrackMaven:
- “I love the fact that TrackMaven isn’t just a place where I can find incredible success in my career, but is also composed of people who help elevate each other to that success. It’s truly a rarity to be surrounded by so many talented, committed, and generous individuals.” — Bryan Sartory, Senior Sales Maven
- “Being a new Maven I love the welcoming atmosphere. Within a day I had met everyone and already felt at home.” — Sarah Fricke, Director of Sales Development Maven
- “Getting to work with such a dedicated team of fantastic, hardworking people is just one of the many reasons I look forward to going to work each morning.” — Sam Rutzick, Customer Success Maven
- “TrackMaven fosters an environment that both motivates and encourages their employees. The work I do and the people I work with inspire me to push myself as a developer.” — Nick Licitra, Software Maven
- “As a new member of the team, I have to say the experience has been amazing. Not only have I been made feel more welcome in 4 months that I did in 2 years, the work itself is great. If asked what my favorite part of TrackMaven is, it would be a tough call between working with customers and working with my team. I love the work, and the culture.” — Meredith Berninger, Customer Success Maven
We’re in The Washington Post’s Top Small-Sized Company category this year, but won’t be for long! Check out our culture page to learn more about what it’s like to work at TrackMaven, and maybe even join the pack! We promise we won’t bite :)
