Welcome! I am incredibly excited to announce the launch of Maven Labs, a weekly content series that will utilize the insights gained by TrackMaven’s Customer Success team to help improve the state of content marketing. With access to data from tens of thousands of leading brands that cover tens of millions of pieces of content, we’re truly in a unique position to help. Through Maven Labs, our goal is to create vibrant, timely, data-backed resources that help digital marketers make smarter decisions and stand out in a crowded field.
As the Head of TrackMaven’s Customer Success organization, my primary responsibility is to ensure that we maximize the value our customers derive from their relationship with TrackMaven. We take a different approach to Customer Success from most other companies, and we live by the mantra, “We’re not just here to help you use TrackMaven, we’re here to help you become better marketers with TrackMaven.” While the difference in wording seems subtle, the difference in execution is significant.
Now, I know, I know. Everybody claims that their approach to customer service is different, that they truly put customers first. It’s a claim that can only be backed by first-hand experience. If you’ve worked with our team, you’ve experienced the commitment we have to helping you achieve success. (If not, just hear about it from our customers.) As part of our commitment to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of digital marketing as a whole, we’ve launched this blog series to dig deep and show what works, what doesn’t work, and why.

We’ll help you improve engagement. We’ll help you grow your audience. We’ll help improve your processes. Put simply, we’ll help you get better.
