If you or someone on your team has at least Advertiser-level permissions to the ad account, Analyst level permissions on the page, and access to the Facebook Business Manager that your agency uses to run ads, you can authenticate the Facebook pages and ad accounts yourself.
If you do not have access or the right permissions, you can either request them from your agency or have your TrackMaven account manager add your agency partner as a user on your account so that he or she can authenticate it on your behalf. In order for the authentication to remain connected, the TrackMaven user who authenticated must remain an "active" user on the account. As long as the TrackMaven account remains active, you will have the same TrackMaven experience, regardless of if it was you or your agency you authenticated.
